Please read these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the services provided by Strava Studio ("we," "us," or "our"). By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Strava Studio agrees to provide specialized design services including, but not limited to: Visual Brand Foundation, Animated Motion, Video Animation, Print Design, and Production Fulfillment. All services are subject to the terms of a separate, written Scope of Work (SOW) or project agreement.
Upon final payment for a specific project, and as part of the Full Ownership Secured agreement, the Client receives full ownership and intellectual property rights (IP) to the final files created specifically for that project. This includes the finalized design, motion graphics, or video files.
Unless explicitly stated and included in the final SOW, Strava Studio retains the ownership of proprietary working files, code, and unedited source assets. If source files are purchased by the client, they are delivered upon final payment.
The Client grants Strava Studio the right to display the completed work in our online and offline portfolios, case studies, and marketing materials (e.g., website and social media), unless a prior, written Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is in place.
All work begins immediately upon acceptance of the Statement of Work (SOW) with no initial deposit required. The full, 100% Payment is due only after you are fully satisfied with the Deliverables and have provided your final written approval. Final files (including print-ready PDFs and video exports) are released immediately upon receipt of this full payment.
Either party may terminate a contract upon written notice. If the Client terminates a project, all work completed to date must be paid for at the agreed-upon hourly or fixed rate, and Strava Studio will release corresponding files.
Strava Studio guarantees the technical accuracy of the digital files we prepare (e.g., CMYK & bleed setup). However, we are not responsible for variations in color or quality caused by the third-party printer, print method chosen by the client, or paper stock, which are outside of our direct control.
For Print-On-Demand or merchandise orders, the Client agrees that necessary fulfillment data (e.g., shipping addresses) may be shared with trusted third-party production partners solely for the purpose of completing the order.
Strava Studio is not liable for any consequential, indirect, or incidental damages arising out of the performance or non-performance of our services. Our liability is strictly limited to the total amount paid by the Client for the specific services in question.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Insert State/Country where your company is registered], without regard to its conflict of law principles.
